Nothing. This site has no forms, requires no registration, builds no profiles and includes no analytics or advertising tools. Browsing it leaves no personal data with us.

The server hosting the site may temporarily log technical connection data such as your IP address, solely to keep the service running and protect it from misuse.

When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we process the details you give us — your name, phone number, email address and whatever you tell us about your order — solely in order to help you and, where applicable, to prepare and deliver what you have asked for.

The legal basis is the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, or performance of that order, together with our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

We keep that information for as long as our commercial relationship lasts and thereafter for the periods required by Spanish tax and commercial law. Once those periods expire, it is deleted.

We do not share data with third parties except where legally required. The technical providers that make the service possible (website hosting and, if you message us on WhatsApp, the messaging service itself) access only what is strictly necessary, as processors or under their own terms.

You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability, by writing to [email protected] and stating which right you wish to exercise.
